LUCY JOINS THE L'OREAL ID ARTIST TEAM!

Writer: Sophie-Rose GoldsworthySophie-Rose Goldsworthy

The ID Artist Programme by L’Oréal Professionnel is a two-year talent development programme full of inspirational education and unique hairdressing opportunities for young hairdressers, which launched in 2003. The programme aims to provide training in cut and colour techniques, product innovation, session styling and the latest catwalk looks, and to develop stage craft and presenting skills.

Entry to the programme is through successfully auditioning and the panel of judges includes some of the top hairdressers in the UK and Ireland. There are two paths to choose from when becoming an ID Artist Session & Cutting or Artistic Colour. The audition comprises of a three-minute presentation that you will give to an expert panel. Afterwards the judges will ask you questions and also offer development feedback for furthering your career.

We are thrilled to announce that Cirencester Stylist Lucy Boodell has been successful in gaining a place on the 2024-2025 team after wowing the judges with her entry!

We can't wait to see what this journey brings for Lucy and how it inspires her career! Follow her Instagram to see updates on her experiences at @lucy.goldsworthys
