Our Policies

Cancellations

We require 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel any appointments. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within this period may incur a cancellation fee.

  • Cancellations with 24 hours notice will require a minimum fee of 25%* of the original appointment total.

  • Cancellations on the same day as the appointment will require a minimum fee of 50%* of the original appointment total.

  • Any appointments that are marked as a 'no show' where a client fails to attend their appointment without any notice will lead them to be shadow banned on the system, and required to pay their next appointment total up front at the time of booking.

Thank you for understanding and respecting our stylists and their time.

We don't like having to charge these fees but we must protect our stylists as when a client doesn't show for an appointment, they cannot earn. We are currently turning clients away due to a lack of appointment space and when a client cancels without notice, we are unable to offer that space to someone waiting.

*Charges based on stylist's discretion and may be increased for clients with a history of late cancellations/no show appointments.

Skin Tests & New Colours

All colour clients must have an up to date skin test record that does not exceed 6 months.

If you are a new colour client you will be required to complete a skin test a minimum of 48 hours prior to your colouring service.

If you are an existing colour client but you haven't had a colour with us within the last 6 months, you will be required to complete a skin test a minimum of 48 hours prior to your colouring service.

NEW COLOUR CLIENTS WILL BE REQUIRED TO ATTEND A CONSULTATION PRIOR TO THEIR APPOINTMENT AND PAY A DEPOSIT FOR THEIR FIRST BOOKING

Complaints

Whilst we endeavour to give you your dream hair, we know that sometimes full satisfaction may not always be achieved. If you are unhappy with your hair, service or experience please let us know as soon as possible so that we can rectify this for you.

We will invite you back into the salon for a consultation to have a look at your hair, discuss any issues and create a resolution. Whilst we are happy to rectify any colour or cut issues, unfortunately if the issue is that you have changed your mind, this will incur a charge to change.

We strive for excellent customer service, and without the opportunity for improvement, we cannot maintain that goal.

Children

Children are not required to visit the salon without an appointment.

Due to the chemicals and tools used in the salons we cannot have children accompanying you to your appointment, especially not sat on your lap. Please arrange child care as we also want you to be able to relax and enjoy the experience! 

December Bookings

All colour appointments, multiple bookings and larger appointments require a minimum £20 deposit when booking in the month of December.

Deposits are transferable but not refundable.

If you wish to move your appointment we require the usual 48 hours notice to be able to transfer your original deposit across. Any cancellations or appointment changes within this period will mean that you lose your deposit.
